For those of who do not live by a city or at least a major one, let me fill you in on a little something. I am amazed by those who have grow up by them and do not know how to blend in with the people and to not stand out for the people on the street! I am seriously amazed. The weekend I went into the city twice, well I should say the city was New York City. Sorry for me it is "the city", we forget others out there exist. The second night I had gone it was smooth however one person did not know to not speak to those who talk to everyone on the street or you'll be trapped in awkwardness of turning them down, for them following you for blocks. Well this one friend would engage in conversation. So we were followed, thank God we were in Time Square at this point so the following couldn't last with all the crowds of people. Then on our way to see the Rockefellar Tree, she gets stopped and has someone draw her photo. Mind you she stopped being at the end of the pack so we are calling her and she is ignoring the calls. We are thinking the worse. Then she finally answers and asked why we were calling.
Anyway just a message from experience think of who you are going with before going. Tis all. Merry Christmas!

Charities
I am reaching out for some serious help. I am trying for this years christmas to instead of giving my family gifts I am going to donate the money I would have instead spent on a present, as a gift to someone else in need. Now how many more things do we seriously need? With a gift it something we are given and try and find something for it. I know that I think sometimes my life I need something else and so on. However I am truly blessed. I have a roof over my head, a car, job, and am getting an education. Some don't have all of that or any of that. What do I have to complain about? I have been looking up charities and so far these are the ones sticking out to me:
Baal Dan Charities
American Red Cross
Invisible Children
These are ones that I have found so far. I am not cut off to any. I am new to finding an organization. Right now I am in the mind set of a well know organization to be used as a gift. However I would also like to find a charity to donate to ever month. Please share or let me know which one would be best.

Retail
Where would we be without the world of retail? I have given my time for the past two years of working retail. It is amazing how one person could really make a difference of your experience. No one could not where clothes. Well some due but not exactly the latest fashion. Shoppers only see the deals that they are receiving or the prices. Not all the work behind the scenes. My old store would not open up until 10 am. However I don't believe you see us arriving at 5 am and already having works a full shift by the time you come to shop. Or the wonderful displays how much thought goes behind the littlest thing. The company sends out a photo of what they think would be best but not every store is designed the same way or have all the tables or things need in each display so we have to figure out how each things will go.
Anyways. That being said. Next time when you enter a store, treat the people there kindly. Sure we are there to serve you, but not to be your bitch. I cannot believe the amount of times people throw clothes my way, demanded things, or questioned my intelligence. I am sorry but we cannot give you deals on everything and it is not the employees faults. We do not make the rules. If you have an issues with the prices or sales, shop somewhere else, or don't try and have us do something we cannot to loss our job because you do not want to pay the price. Now that is my issues with shoppers.
Management. Take the stick out of your ass. Simply because you are a manager and are trapped in the life you made for yourself do not take it out on your employees. You only loss them. Some are chill because they have other things in their life. It is good. Retail is not for everyone. But for those of you "lifers" enjoy it. I will move along with my life leaving you behind.
Sorry this blog is a rant from leaving my job of two years, where in the end I was truly disrespected and was treated truly unfairly. I don't like being back in the corner. Nor being treated as if I am unintelligent and my character being called into question. I did my job and did it better then most. So such it.

ST. Ives
This is a wonderful face wash! No lie. I have used face washed that have either left my face feeling oily throughout the day or way too dry. But now on their website they have a skin profiler which helped me out so much. It gave me a few that would would and a moisturizer. I have been using the new Green Tea face wash with the Timeless moisturizer. Then four times a week I supplement the Green Tea Face Wash with the Apricot scrub. It is so light weight and just great and easy to travel with. I am not one for skin regimen. I am simply lazy. But this is easy enough and when I skip out I don't feel my skin bugging out or have a sudden reaction so missing it once it not a major thing. They also have product for it you don't daily wash your face to use. But now I wash my face night and morning. I really recommend it so go check it out!

Sweaters
What is better than when it starts to get cooler outside to put on that sweater that makes you look amazing? Not only do you look amazing but it is comfortable and keeps you warm! Since I work in retail I tend to see the sweater in a lot of different displays and people trying them on in fitting rooms. I think a simple jean and sweater would be great but there is so much more. Depending on the type you could layer it with scarves, leggings, boots, hats, etc. I don't know if it is because I very simple with my clothing choices and where I work they love to do the layer pieces. But lets get real here, the reason why all fashion trendy and retail places want you to layer, is so they more money out of you. That aside some outfits can truly be made better with layer pieces. Whatever your fashion sense just think to add something and it will take your outfit from simple, to adorable.
When you want to just through on a tee shirt, through out the day you could get cold, or ladies you can feel this, a little "showy". Grab a cardigan instead of wishing you did. Even an open one that is a great cut for your legs and one you could pull in tight to keep you warm. Rather than being to tight you want to take it off. Honestly size does not matter. Being a size 0 doesn't happen for everyone. You have hips and a bone there preventing you from getting the jeans on, not fat. Or you were blessed with an awesome add. Isn't it better getting clothes that fit you, make you look better, and feel great? Or is size what matters and have those size 0 that cling to you all day, giving you a muffin top, and makes it unbearable to sit better? Be happy with what you have, because no one should ask for you size if you look amazing.

Shoes
Recently I have come across this website, CSN Stores, for some great deals on shoes. Now with it being boot season, I was planning on checking out to see what they had to offer. Riding Boots are in right now and would be great selection to look at. I have never shopped at this site before and am not really sure what to expect simply because I wasn't sure what I am looking for. I know that fall is here and next will come a time for winter, both were boot are needed especially in this area. I was doing this post as more of a help me! I am not sure what shoes to get. The site has the Riding Boots, Slouch Boots, and Western Boots. I am going to see which one is truly in this season because I am just not sure. There are some many boots! I don't know which to choose. Please check out the links to help me and other readers know which boots to wear for the coming season!

Control
We all need or have control over something. But we all truly need is self control. Not going to lie but that is why we are in this recession in the first place. We see something and even though we don't have the money for it we buy it. Hey it was brought we a credit card, maybe when the bill comes I will have the money. But you also did that ten other times this month. It does not even have to be money, it could be working out. Yes working out is good for you however working yourself too hard can be very dangerous for you. You body needs you to slow down so it slowly begins to brake down.
We all have out thing that we over due. I know you might read this and neither one of these apply to you but we all have a thing that we either need to take control over or has too much control over us. Take a step back. Are you working too hard at work? Take a breather. When you are calm and your head is not over run with things than you will do a better job. Are you shopping a lot for things you don't really need but you get anyway? Put the card away! Save your money so you an final get the car you've needed. Or move out on your own. But you haven't been able to get what you need because you keep spending on other things. Then finally do you have self control? That is all I am going to leave you with. Self control.

Fashion
I was thinking about the way I dress and thought of The Devil Wears Prada in the scene where "the devil" was telling Anne Hathaway that the sweater that she was wearing was actually picked for her. The designers of high end fashion choose the color, material, and stitch. She is simply picked for the outfit she was wearing without realizing. Do you think that what you wear and your own personal style was picked for you but what someone else thought you should be wearing? When walking into your closet is a designer in your head and your like they, this is how their photos of their clothing are and their models. Or do you think, "Oh this is cute!" "I want to wear this." I think that is most likely how it happened.
Each person has their own style and fashion. Why copy the models or people you see around them. You might like what they are wearing, that does not mean you should be wearing that. Wear what describes your personality and what makes you feel comfortable. The whole, beauty is pain thoughts are ridiculous. We are all born beautiful. Sure we have a little upkeep but that does not mean we have to struggle everyday to be accepted with our dress. Sure their are standards for the area your in. Whether it be the work place, school, social, etc. But we can meet the minimal standards and add our own spin. WHo said women to be profession have to wear heels? Or men have to wear suits to be taken seriously? Wear what says who you are. Don't wear something to play apart, unless your an actor. You are who you are and no one likes being played. The way you dress says more than you think.

Follow
We all follow something. Faith, teachers, celebrities, the earth, or whatever. But what makes us want to follow them? I know I have not been at this two long, but I see a lot of you read what I write. I just want some feed back, I am serious about writing and want to expand in every way I can. Could you leave a comment? Do you enjoy the story or is it okay. Anything would be helpful. I will read ALL the comments. I will even comment back because any kind of feed back is helpful. If you like what I write you could even follow me. I am not begging her I am simply curious. I see other sites of people who do similar things and if I like what they wrote I tell them. Even if I enjoyed it but they could have added a twist. I can read a story so many times, feel like it could use something but not sure of what. But I continue on writing till I realize the more I edit and read it loses it's story.
This may seem like crying and whining, of why not follow me, I don't get what's wrong. But seriously I am just curious about what you think. Seriously I want to know what YOU think. Do you enjoy what I write and check it out for that purpose? If so thank you very much! If you don't enjoy my writing and you check it out to see what I have written and think I should expand in a way, tell me. Or you just hit the next blog ended up her and then kept going, whatever it is. If you feel uncomfortable telling me I have it so I receive anonymous comments or you could email me, seekoriginality@gmail.com

Yoga
I thought the main to work out was doing something very physical strenuous, running, weights, constantly moving. But sometimes it can be fun but it can get boring if you fall into a pattern of doing the same thing. Or if you work out on your own and there are only so many things you know. Whichever you so choose, sometimes a work out is there to help you clear your head but instead we do these work out that tire us out even more, fill our head with loud heart bumping movement, and have to deal with the people working out around us.
To take a break from this routine, I know it is not for everyone, but try a yoga or something similar to a yoga work out such as pilates. When you enter the room, the people with their shoes off, laying on a mat and looking relaxed with through you off. Get over it. Put you mat down, pick a spot you feel comfortable in and lay down on your mat. Do not push the movements, and if you see an instructor go to correct you by touching you or pushing you more then you can handle, RUN or tell them, no thank you. Since about August I have started doing yoga, and most of my workouts have become yoga.
The week is so busy. I am running around and so much to think about. Being able to take and hour where you just go through the movement slowly and focus on your breathing. The day slips away. You get to actually relax. The crackberry, iphone, or driod, is hopefully in the car and you can let those worries wait. Relaxing is needed for your daily health. Being stressed lead to weight gain, loss of sleep, and break outs. No one wants that. Especially when you are no longer a teenager. I understand it is not for everyone, but just a change of pace, even if it was once a month.
Then you can go to running around like crazy, stressed, cell phone connected to you like its an organ rather than a device, and sleeping for five hours. But when then next week approaches you might find yourself wanting the deep feeling of relaxation again.

Generation...
Crackberry's, iphones, driod's, touch screens, sliders, flip phones, etc... We all have one. A cell phone. Something we have on us daily, text on it daily, and make a call or two. After writing my first generation piece I spoke with friends just in a conversation and they said how disrespectful, disconnected, and mean our generation and those below us are. Many elders liek to say those younger than them are "bratty kids", but now they can say it all they want. Can we blame a cell phone for truly creating this environment? I would like to say no, sure we can blame society, parents, schools, friends, etc. Why do we need to blame someone? Our generation has been forced to grow up and stay young to fast. We were handed a cell phone, well most of us in middle school, told how to use a computer in elementary school, and giving ways to communicate faster than any other generation.
Those older say it is a wonderful thing we were given, technology. But does it stop being wonderful and become a problem? Kids do not hang out with their friends outside anymore. When driving do you have an issues of hitting a kid playing with his friends in the street or are you more worried about the animals in the road? Kids are not being active outside anymore, they stay indoors on this wonderful technology all night, becoming sleep deprived. The New York Times did an article on the early issues set on my texting. When your young you need to be active adventures, finding who you are and what the world is. Instead of searching we google it. Instead of finding the world, we type it into navigation and have a device direct us.
I envy the older generations. The way they thought and saw the world will never been seen today. We can still have a few old souls, but actually reading a book, one with multiple pages, in the hundreds department, and pages, not a kindle. Today if the first page is not interesting we throw the book away. People used to go dozen to 100 pages deep before giving up on a book. Now many people don't even publish a book, they create a blog, like this, and share.
